ABOUT ME

Since an early age I’ve been passionate towards physical activity. At 7 years old practiced gymnastics, from which I learned many stretching techniques and posing forms and routines. At 19 years old took Contemporary Dance Classes from which I graduated. Not only it was something I enjoyed but it was also something that I took seriously and improved the quality of my projections as a dancer and personal trainer later on.

WHY I BECAME A TRAINER

I’ve always liked everything that has to do with helping other people reaching their goal as well as teaching them the essential keys of discipline, habits and routines, which once combined all in to one, can become a powerful tool towards any mind set or goal.

I’m always doing things I can’t do; that’s how I get to do them

I always keep challenging myself not only fitness wide but on a daily basis. The power of tapping into your mind and pushing it into achieving new things not only changes your self confidence but make you become a person who knows no boundaries and capable of achieving anything.

 

Training

Stretching Techniques | Pre & Post Training

Stretching is necessary before and after every training since reduce muscle tension; Increase range of movement in the joints; enhance muscular coordination; Increase circulation of the blood to various parts of the body; Increased energy levels (resulting from increased circulation).

Goal Oriented Cardiovascular Training

Cardiovascular training offers a wide range of benefits such as weight loss; stronger heart and lungs; increased bone density; reduced stress; reduced risk of heart disease and some types of cancer; temporary relief from depression and anxiety; more confidence about how you feel and how you look; better sleep; more energy and very important; setting a good example for your kids to stay active as they get older.

Isolated and Circuit Training

Circuit training is ideal when targeting for more productive results. They get you maximum results in minimum time; challenge your whole body; dramatically increase your metabolism leading to increased fat burning long after the workout; Improved insulin sensitivity in the muscles.

Abs, Core and Waist Sculpting Training

Abdominal training not only will make you and feel good. Besides toning and sculpting your mid section brings a whole other level of benefits. A stronger abdominal area supports your spine hence you will be able to lift heavier weights; you are less likely to suffer from lower back pain and chronic back injuries; less fat around the waist decreases the risk of developing heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes.

Diet it’s not Nutrition

I’ve always eaten healthy and in a balanced way. Short term diets just don’t work. When you are on a nutrition plan that is design to your body need and goals, it will let you push through on a daily basis, making your metabolism more effective and better. It’s all about portion control, keeping a variety of different nutrient since each of them have a specific function in our bodies.

Once I receive your information I will send you a Nutritional Plan designed for you also it will include 4 future modifications ( 1 per Week for the first 4 Weeks ) to assure you stay on the right track.

Please note I recommend to plan for more than a month of supervised nutrition.
